I had bought a watch band for my watch, and the clip is already loose and keeps popping out. I only bought the watch band a couple of days ago, I am not sure whether or not the watch band has a warranty or not, for me to exchange it for a new watch band?

Was told to come here for engraving by Micheal hill with a bracelet I had just bought from themRuined the bracelet, but didn't properly check it until I got home and didn't get given a receipt.Do not come here for engraving.

The guys were super helpful helping me change my watch strap. I’d tried for an hour at home to change it, turns out I had industrial strength springs on. They replaced them for user friendly springs in 5 minutes for a cheap price. Highly recommend

i took my brand new gshock here for battery replacement, upon getting home i notice the rubber gasket beneath the battery cover was flopping about not inserted correctly! reckless no attention to detail this could have destroyed my entire new watch had i gone swimming etc. they placed it correctly next day upon needing to return. but i will certainly not be returning nor trust them with more expensive watches requiring alittle care and precision work. cant even trust them replacing batteries. cant they concentrate in mall. outrageous.

Awesome care for customers, recut a key twice and came with me to my car to make sure it worked. which it did after their 3rd attempt and was very pleased and will use this place for keys in the future. More connection here than at bunnings, key was 30$ but identical

Great place to get your watch battery changed, very honest and have long warranty on the batteries. Also asked if they could put a new pin on my ceramic watch strap, they weren't able to do so but did recommend a local watch smith which I thought was good. Also very handy location.

Super happy with their customer service! I had to get my watch resized but after they did it, I realized it was too small. I came back a week later and they added another link no questions asked and no added payment! Workers are nice and professional. Overall, I am very happy with my experience at New Lynn Mister Minit.
