I needed a small laptop fixed hopefully by the end of this week, found Andrew on the internet and sent him a message as he's a local. Andrew came round within the hour, had to take the laptop away and returned it the next morning all done. Also, I mentioned an issue we were having with internet not reaching all of the house. He made a recommendation,installed the hardware and got everything up and running in the same day. Couldn't be happier - great, prompt service, reasonably priced, nice to have around and went above and beyond for us. Will definitely use again and can recommend Andrew highly.

I am so impressed by the service I received from Andrew. I was in a really pressured situation that needed addressing asap. On a Sunday Andrew went well above and beyond what I would really have expected. He helped me get a new laptop, and transferred all my stuff onto it, responded to my questions even until well into the evening. AND sorted out some final hiccups this morning. He clearly knows what he is doing, is super helpful, and responded very quickly and with kindness and patience to all my questions. Thoroughly recommend his services! Thanks so much.. :)

I contacted Andrew and he came back to me on the same day. He arranged to call in to our place and took a few moments to check out our PC and advise a solution to the slowness. We organised the work to be done on Friday (today is Wednesday) after he'd purchased the part needed to complete the job. I got a message later on today saying that the part had been purchased and if I wanted, he could do the work at our place today. It was done quickly and professionally and I couldn't be happier. Yay! No more frustration at waiting for the stupid PC to start up or do something! Thanks Andrew, you'll continue to be my IT specialist.
