The previous tenants had 3 pets who clearly had thousands of their own pets! After 9 flea bombs, we admitted defeat and I called Mark who was able to accommodate us the next day which was amazing. He explained the flea life cycle and why the bombs weren't working, and why his solution would. Half an hour later the house was treated, and so far so good! I definitely recommend Bug King for a top notch, professional service.

I have requested a quote and called 3 times. Each time the lady says i have your details and the office will contact you and nothing happens after. How come no one has contacted me atleast once. This is so unprofessional.

Bug King treated our neighbour's house for wasps, and I booked them to treat nests in our roof. The call centre was efficient and helpful and Mo, the technician, was excellent. He was friendly, professional, and thorough. I passed a flyer onto another neighbour.

I'm a property manager and we have worked with Bug King for years. They are professional, prompt and provide excellent service. I booked an appointment with them recently to treat a wasp nest at my home and they were able to book us in quickly, came on time and resolved the wasp nest, even removing it on the same visit. Very happy with them.

Our Bug King technician was very friendly and professional. He first did an inspection of our house and property to see if there were any other issues we were not aware of. He gave us a full run down of the treatment and then what was required once he was finished. He also gave a lot of advice about how to combat ants etc in the future. He arrived on time and did the job in the time they gave us when booking the appointment. Overall a great experience and we are now bug free.

Any questions I had, he happily answered, and his knowledge and advice was insightful. He did a great job explaining to me all the possible outcomes, treatment, pricing, and really taking his time to ensure I understood everything.Your staff are fabulous, from the lovely call centre team member who were prompt, efficient, and helpful - through to the very friendly and helpful technician sent to me today.My experience with Bug King has been nothing short of excellent customer service, and I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting professional advice and friendly service. I had called another (very well known brand) company and their customer service was woeful, unfriendly, and not responsive.Bug King have made my experience (in let's face it, not an ideal situation or one people talk openly about) one that was easy, and approachable. Had a garden clean up and one native cockroach (or a few) managed to get inside the house at the worst time - during the final inspection before the new tenant take over, and the week before Christmas Eve. Contact Mark - the new owner - and he said he will try to squeeze in as the last job of the day. My stress level reduces 50% at that point.A few minutes later, I received a phone call from the office to get more details in and the job was scheduled for 4:45 pm. And to my delight, the friendly technician - Daniel managed to arrive and finish the treatment before 1:30 pm and received the treatment report the next day. I can smile again at that point.I would not hesitate to recommend Bug King to anyone looking for Bugs treatment of their property. Prompt and informative communication from the get go.Follow up leading up to the appointment was great, and the technician on the day was friendly and polite.It's been a week since our indoor and outdoor ant treatment, and it has certainly made a difference already!

We are absolutely delighted with the service we received from Bug King!We got in touch after we saw several cockroaches over the span of a month and someone got back to us on the same day.They were prompt in identifying the roach type and setting up an inspection and quote. The person who came to do the quote (Mark) was friendly and clearly communicated how he believed they got inside and the kind of treatment we needed.The administration team was great to deal with, they worked around our business's needs and were very helpful in finding a date that worked around our bookings and the weather.The technician (Daniel) who did the service was right on time, very friendly and quick with his service. We found three dead roaches only a couple hours after he was done - so we know it works!Cannot recommend Bug King enough. We would not hesitate to call them if we had any pest issues in the future.

So this is my second time using Bug King, I had used them last year, since then we have bought a new home and the previous owners had a dog so naturally how new home had fleas which was biting my young children at night.Just like my 5 star experience before we go the same 5 star treatment second time around. Mo was once again earlier than expected which was great he did what he had to and went over and beyond what we expected. Yvette in the office was a breeze to work with. My kids have not been bitten since so I am one happy mum with happy kids!I didn't expect anything less from Bug King and as long as the awesome service doesn't change I will always be a loyal customer if I do anything done at my house they will always be my first point of contact!Thanks again Mo and Yvette best in business!
