This is a must do in Dunedin if you have the time! Super fun tour! Would recommend paying for the guided tour so you can make your way around the factory and see what was going and being made. Make sure you are hungry as you literally will be handed a bag and it will be filled up along the way with chocolate! Don't worry eat as much as you want because the staff top your bag up along the tour!The only reason i am not giving this 5 stars is due to the fact we didn't see many machines in operation at the time we visited, was really keen to see alot of machines working however they were all down for maintenance and cleaning.

A good place to visit while in Dunedin. Be careful, you have to pre-book tickets for the tours. You can't see any machinery, but they do take you into sampling rooms and show videos of the manufacturering process.

Friendly tour guide. Below our expectations. The kids thought that they would at least see the workers in action but we were shown rooms with story of how chocolates were made in pictures and 2 pieces of machinery for show.The only highlight was free flow of chocolate tasting (dark, milk and white) in mini cups with some sprinkles.

We had Pedro as our tour guide. He was really funny and we enjoyed it. Yes, you don’t get to see many machines. But it was still educational and full of chocolate. I’m glad I went. You should try to book online to get a good timing on the tour. They will be shutting next year. The tour will go on in another building but it’s not going to be the same. Maybe better.

I heard the factory was closed so we didn’t join be tour. It was disappointing but there we can buy some special souvenir chocolate as souvenir. Four for 10nzd. The cafe next door serves very sweet stuff. We ordered chocolate chip cookie and gold old chocolate coffee. They are too sweet for us.

What a shame a company of your size doesn't have someone updating your web page regularly. Travelled from Australia to visit your factory, after checking your website and your brochures and them stating that you were open 7 days a week, to find out you were closed. Very disappointed. Cafe staff was quite abrupt when I suggested that it would be helpful if your webpage stated dates the tour was closed.
