Living in a town without a Stewart Dawson outlet, I was very pleased to find an online site with an excellent choice of bracelets andbangles. However, the item I wished to purchase was advertised as available only in the shop. After making a phone call and being received very well by a staff member I was ever so pleased to be told without hesitation, that I could make the purchase over the phone.In less than a week I had received my purchase. I purchased a necklace for my daughter today and the woman who served me was so nice and helpful. The item I bought was not very expensive but she put it in a lovely case and bag which does not happen at other jewellery stores unless you spend a lot of money. I was really impressed
