We had several blinds that needed those 'connectors' on the draw cords - we searched major suppliers and there was very little offerings for what we would consider something that would be accessible from the brand of blinds we have ... so we searched wider and once we checked reviews and feedback, we decided to purchase via Blind Repairs" and was so pleased we did. Range was excellent and pricing was really good! We decided to to purchase more than we needed. Comms was great and supply was excellent! So when you are looking for accessories etc for your blinds

I needed a replacement cord and Blind Repair replied to my question quickly to confirm I was ordering the right item. Delivery was quick and the cord fit the blind.I was initially put off a bit by the ads on the store, which make it look somewhat unprofessional, but the service was great.I also found it a bit sneaky that prices are ex-GST without making that obvious.

Really impressed with the expedience and service received after ordering new brackets for my very old Venetian blinds. When received literally the next day, they were perfect but it would have been nice to have the screws to attach the brackets included in the order. Other than that, perfect online experience.
