As an amateur hobbyist, I took my watch in to be pressure tested not expecting very much in the way of frills, but Sam was great to talk to about watchmaking and I was even able to gain a lotta insight into how it's done. He's a very honest, knowledgeable, and professional bloke, would highly recommend.

Perfect customer service and top tier watch service. Fast and reliable.I've been coming back here since 2016, for my watch battery change (every 3 years). Owner offers great option for you, no pressure. Provides magnificent quality checks on your watch while you're busy with shopping around Broadway Area. I can not recommend this business more than enough . A proper 5star rating, warm welcoming attitude. He's a very nice man. I will probably buy watch from him too. Love their extra miles attitude when it comes to customer service. 10star if I could. Cheers!

Last time I needed the battery replacing in my Longines divers watch, I used used one of the large jewellery companies. It took them a week. I had an appointment in the city and called to see Sam. He was able to change the battery, pressure test, and clean the watch in 2 hours. He provides a great service, and I would recommend him.
