Bought shoes on line. After a very short walk around the house and section, I figured I had selected the wrong size. They now refuse to exchange or refund as they claim used". OMG how else do you know that shoes are the wrong size... Store unhelpful

Staff are predominantly unhelpful, rude, dismissive, condescending, uninformed and impossible to locate, and the store is a complete mess. The staff obviously take zero pride in their work. Website offers services it cannot fulfil, click and collect availability, which is deceptive and misleading. It’s so unfortunate that Rebel has created a monopoly on sports stores in New Zealand. If I had any other choice, I would not shop at Rebel. Bring back the OG Stirling Sports.

Went in to purchase a pair of running shoes. ZERO acknowledgment by any of the many staff milling about having casual conversations with each other. Had two staff members walk right in front of me while I was looking at shoes on the shelf with no “excuse me”. Shoes lying all over the floor and this was at opening time - 9:00 am. Bitterly disappointed. Terrible, terrible customer service. Staff need a serious rev up. Will go elsewhere.

Rubbish for shoes again. Don't know why I keep coming back to check. Always a mess. Heaps of shoe rows but never much or any indoor boots. Never get any help

Ordered several items online to pick up. Email arrived to say my entire order was ready to pick up. I got to the store and discovered only half my order was ready... Guess I'll be doing another trip across town in a few days.

Good place, a lot of variety, a lil expensive in my opinion but the quality of the clothes is very good, anyways you probably want to check if they have stock of what you are looking for in the website before getting there personally

Very poor messy merchandising manner. 3 floor staff I could find in that huge store, one was behind the counter and the other two had to be approached for assistance if found. The display racks are messy feel sad for the brands in that store they really loose their appeal in this messy place. The shoe department had most customers and no staff were there to help anyone siv through the mess of mixed boxes and sizes. Nothing was organised effectively to find in footwear, no customer support. Clean up the store and the customer service.
