Best experience I could have ever asked for. I felt 100% comfortable from the moment I arrived, the staff here are unbelievable, they are so welcoming, attentive and caring. I felt like royalty and no request was too much trouble. If i could score higher than 5 it would definately be a 10. I highly recommend this surgical clinic you will not regret it!

I could not rate the service of care that I received over the last couple of times that I have found myself at St Marks any higher. Nothing was ever a problem and when schedules were disrupted through no fault of their own, they made all effort to accomodate. Thanks for making me feel so comfortable and relaxed. Big shout out to Sally who is exceptional. Thanks also to Claire,Pauline,Stacey, Tracy and Gian (hope I got all the names right!). A great team who complement the awesome doctors who operate there.Highly recommended.Helene

Outstanding expert staff, surgically and administratively paying attention to all the right details with a nice mix of dedication and discretion. They maintain comfortable facilities and augment that service with thorough follow-up. We were impressed not only with the medical competence but also its smooth operation as a business. Kind of old school but in the best way.

The best medical care I have ever received. Great team. Sophie, Tracey and Prem it was a priveledge to have you as my nursing staff and Anna who made the administrative and understanding the process a breeze. St Marks is lucky to have you all on their team.

I had a 2 night stay in May. The staff and nurses were some of the best I've come across and the facilities, quiet, comfortable and clean. Would highly rate this place for surgery and recovery.

This place is amazing!!! I felt super looked after by all the nurses. Everyone was very welcoming and made me feel safe and comfortable and nothing was to much to ask for. I was sad to go the next morning ! And I was super scared to stay and be away from home but once I had my operation and met everyone I didn’t wanna leave!100% recommend staying here. ❤️

I stayed at saint marks last night and wow it was an experience! Being apprehensive about surgery, I was met by the most comforting staff and atmosphere. That hostile “hospital” feel is no where to be found, yet the premises are exceptionally clean.Nothing was too much of an ask for the nurses and I felt like an absolute queen all night, I was sad to leave in the morning! That’s when you know it was a great stay.I can’t thank the staff enough, you made the entire experience a walk in the park. Thank you!
