Good experience from start to finish although I did have to follow up with a second email after not getting a response to my initial one for five days. That aside, very friendly team and they did a great job repairing my seat. The price also came in cheaper than quoted which was a nice surprise. Would happily use them again and recommend to others.

I am surprised this place has so many stars as they do not work weekends nor offer any while you wait service and their answer to that is sorry they cant help. I dont know about other people but if you work full time how can you make that work? Its impossible. Not giving one star as they do reply to messages. Aside from that I found it a gruff blunt communication experience. Fine if you can get away from your work during the week otherwise look elsewhere.
