Rebecca was amazing she spent a lot(!!) of time adjusting and re-working different scenarios for me as it had a lot of variables. Was always punctual with her follow through and timing of responses, applied the same common sense rational when taking action on my behalf - ie didn't quote from companies knowing would be outside my budget. Always polite and un- flustered although I must have driven her to madness at times with the changes. Very much recommend :-)
