Staff were friendly and very helpful and cake was just perfect on the day.

Staff very pleasant, good service and selection, selected the Lemon Meringue Pie, not quite as pleasant as I had hoped, very bland, not enough lemon, possibly maybe overcooked the egss, base was nice though

Very tempting cakes, cupcakes on display as you walk by, taste just as good too, love the carrot cake

Great service. Lovely cakes and desserts. Makes Christmas, Birthdays and other celebrations easy.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced, the staff were so rude and unhelpful and kept laughing at the situation. These guys need to step it up educate your staff in customer service and manners

Should be a minus one. We ordered a 21st birthday cake for my granddaughters 21st. It was ordered on the 13th of May to be picked up on the 17th of June. When my daughter went to pick it up they told her that there were no cakes ordered for the 17th of June. A staff member kept laughing at what was a serious situation. My granddaughters nana and her father turned up and they were laughed at. It was only when they looked on camera to see the footage of the 13th of May that they realised that the mistake was there's. They did produce a cake for the party but we shouldn't have been put through all this and the staff laughing was bad at such a serious situation

Orange and almond cake was dry and had far too much icing (too sweet!), presumably because it had been over-baked and sunk in the middle. Wouldn’t have minded buying this for a discount (don’t like food wastage), but for almost $40 I expect the cake be moist and well balanced.UPDATE: Company responded (see below) and I am reassured that Divine do prioritise upholding quality standards. Amended from 1 star to 3 stars.

Once again you have made a beautiful cake for my wee girl. Definitely recommend pl to go for lovely bday caked
