Wonderful service! I was worried they would say my old faulty hearing aid would need replacement, but not only did they repair it on the spot, they did not charge for the repair. Most impressive.

The audiologist was very conscientious and professional. Extremely well equipped technically. Some of the tests are done in a sound isolation booth that blocks ambient sounds. Courteous and informative. The stairs do present a issues for persons with mobility challenges. An exemplary associate health professional in our local Johnsonville community.

Really kind and caring staff. I went in for a hearing check and had Quinia for my appointment. She explained everything that was going to happen, and then answered all of my questions afterwards with kindness and patience. I felt very comfortable at all times.
