Great product (stoke) and good service/repair. Had an issue and it was fixed under warranty and works perfect again. Plenty of support for parts too everything is easily replaced. Shipping is super quick too you guys are killing it.

Great outfit evolve. First visit was to demo some boards. Steve took my demo and was a great experience. Eventually purchased a hadean street set up. Super fun board. Had a bit of an issue with the board took it back to get it checked out and Ben went above and beyond to rectify the issue. Loving my evolve. Thanks crew keep up the good work! Highly recommend!

Bought a Bamboo GTX online. Didn’t know a lot about electric skateboards. Their service and shipping was fantastic and now comparing my board with friends, Evolve definitely has their reputation for being the best for a reason. Seriously fast, seriously reliable and the range is insane. Their after sales service is also fantastic. Would highly, highly recommend!

Having recently purchased a used GTR for commuting, I wanted to schedule a service to make sure (and for my peace of mind) that all parts are fit to ride and there aren’t any issues. As a first-time skateboarder, I really didn’t know much. As a new rider, I read online about performance bushings and wanted to upgrade the bushings right away for better carvings. However, the service team suggested that the bushings installed on my board were as good as new, and that I should get to try them first. They also suggest that the board didn’t really need a service and I can wait if I want to.Thanks to Ben and the supervisor on site who attended to me, I was pleasantly surprised and delighted with the honest customer service, confirming that I invested in the right brand.

I bought a Carbon GTR, so far performance has been faultless. Easy and comfortable to ride (hadn't been on a board in 20+ years). I don't have the same praise for the Abec wheels it came with though, these have chunked quiet badly after less than 50km use. If not for that I'd rate the board 5 stars

The Evolve crew are amazing. The products are high quality and service outstanding. I started with a GTR Carbon And now I’ve built a second GTR Bamboo. All products are fit for purpose. Well done Evolve.

Third review update: My last visit to Evolve's store was for them to fix the same problem that resurfaced 10 days after their first repair. I am happy that the total repair cost was reasonable and less than I expected. Ben was the staff in charge of the repair and I endorse his work ethic. Ben was quick to respond emails, he explained things in great details, friendly and professional. I hope the problem does not resurface again. So far from my experience, Evolve's customer support and pricing are the best compared to other companies.

I got a carbon Hadean with AT wheels to commute from Taupaki to Parnell. Best way to kerb traffic given auckland weather is kind. The product I can't rave enough about but the community Evolve builds is invaluable. Ben has been amazing to deal with, trouble shooting in the past and advice on products as a whole, definitely an asset.
