We had a great experience with this company. They were prompt to get back in touch, scheduled a meeting promptly, were on site on time, did assessment in a timely manner, answered all questions , took and sent away samples, and promptly communicated the results when results were available. It is refreshing to with professionals who take price in their work and in the customer experience they provide. Will definitely be contacting them again in the future when I need such a service. Tim from Property Risk NZ gave us very professional service. Explained in detail why our garage had mould on the ceiling and suggested steps to prevent it from happening again. Tim also came back when we couldn't get another firm to treat the mould and treated the mould himself. Highly recommend this company to help with issues that they deal in.
