Average old folks home to be brutally honest. Not too much here but a quite but dull atmosphere, but what would you expect from an old folks home.

Lovely place to live. Has a pool. Restaurant, library, gardens, handy to main roads. Has a village bus, Bar and much more. My relatives like it.

Love the feel at this village, reminds me of a resort in Fiji! Had a family BBQ here with my grandparents and thought the grounds were lovely. Their villa is so much bigger than I was expecting.
