Bought the latest samgsung ultra 22,The store didn't have a screen protector available ,but bought a case, with a cover that covers the screen. It's brand new. The phone was dropped and not on a hard surface. Because of the rounded edges on the phone, it's cracked all down one side. Shocked as it wasn't a hard fall. Pretty gutted.

Very poor customer service . Any question I have ask not answer. I have pick up 2 new sim card on the monthly plan give to my worker when they went to store to change the number keep their existing number was the wrong sim I have to call 777 to order new sim. Customer service was very helpful and told me the person on the store should know to not give you wrong sim

Will use another store next time. Slow service when quiet. Only interested in up selling and was meant to have new phone all set up but had to do half myself. The staff were friendly and polite.

Staff gave Zero effort except to boot me out when they knew I drove an hour through traffic to collect a phone I ordered online and wanted to pick up the following day except these guys asked me to pick the item up now! The manager didn't once get off her personal call to explain anything except put a great effort to wave her hand at me to wave me off while talking away to her friend on the line. Zero care, Zero effort and if I could this'll be a Zero star rating.

Visited store on 08/06/23 around 2:30 pm to get additional add on service on existing plan and there was an outstanding payment on my account of one month bill which even didn’t come to due date payment. The staff refused to provide new SIM card without paying outstanding due for last month. Even the staff was very rude with rigid attitude and didn’t want to help in any way. Even store was not having physical SIM card availability.I called up toll free number on same time and I was provided with E-SIM without any questions ask of my outstanding bills or anything. My new connection was activated within 15 minutes.Wasted my time by visiting store and doing credit check. When I asked the female staff how can online team issued E-SIM without any drama, she was quite.I been with Vodafone since last 9 years with all services , never had such experience. Because of some staff brand image gets hurt.

Went to the store yesterday to upgrade our account. Got reluctantly served by a gentleman who provided the worst customer service imaginable. Can’t recall his name, Asian male within short hair. He was rude, uninterested and showed no care for us or our issue.Having been a lifelong Vodafone customer including a business customer, I have never felt this disappointed in dealing with Vodafone.I will do my best to no visit the Takanini branch again. Highly recommend you guys sorting this out as from the reviews it seems this issue has been highlighted numerous times already but to no avail.

You guys need to take this seriously. twice that we visited your shop for help but your staff are the most rude, lazy and unhelpful with clients. Just look at your rating here on google. Instead of your team taking time to understand the needs of your clients, explaning what is the process to move forward without being rude, your team just immediately shuts down clients. First instance ive visited there, the staff dealing with me was rude and the other counter staff dealing with an old lady was rude too as she raised her voice on her. We wont be visiting this shop. But you guys seriously need to warn your team, check your cameras as to how they are behaving inside your premise, listen to client complaints.

I had wonderful service from team member Junita. She answered all my questions and helped me set up my new device. Junita was very patient and friendly. Will definitely go back due to the great service provided. Thank you.
