A very relaxed and friendly, atmosphere enabled me to learn from Gemma of the rapidly advancing technology since I was first introduced to hearing aids six years ago. It was easy to understand which aspects of the innovations could be applied to further improve my hearing. Explanation of the pay as you hear" scheme was interesting and sounded helpful."

I walked in off the street to see if they could replace the tubing in my hearing aids. The staff were nice enough; however, they do not appear to know what they are doing when replacing hearing aid tubing. The tubing is ill-fitted and not appropriate for the kind of hearing aids I have. One of those things you don't realise until after you've worn the hearing aids for a day or so. I'm going to have to now go through the process again *Sigh*but will go via the DHB. Perhaps some training could be offered.

Wonderful and very friendly place of business. Staff are very kind and empathetic toward you. I was even offer a cup of coffee which did bewiled me, which I did take the offer. Very lovely. When filling up the forms, I was even informed that I could keep the pen. Free coffee and pen? Do mind if I do.Service is quite friendly and helpful. Helping me understand the process, which I'm very grateful for. Even adding a feature for my hearing aids, which has already help me a lot! :)I'll and evermore will use Triton Hearing for my hearing in the future. I'd look forward when I come back to most friendly Hearing clinic ever.
