Our Insurance claim is under their process and it took already been three months but nothing has been done. They email us to send them documents which we sent the documents already. It obviously looks like the case officer did not have a look at our case for more than 5 Mins. It is almost been three months and nothing has been solved. If One figure in an excel file made the officer a question, It is better to call us to get the answer. 2mins phone call job but they email us and wait for our reply. That kind of idiot few days spending is what they do. I wish this kind of person find out another job not this. Let's see how many more months you guys take for it. Don't worry. You do not know who we are? I will send an official claim form to investigate your staff. I will write the names those involved in and what they did.

Customer solutions coordinator- Georgie Allpress dealt with our clients claim abysmally. Communication in coordinating the tradesmen and what was approved vs. what was done.. was lacking. There is More!..Have contacted her but want Mc larens to know.

An insurance claim got referred to Crawford and Co to manage regarding urine in carpet. They wanted it cleaned professionally first - fair enough. Still stinks. They want quotes for new carpet. Done. Now it's ready to go the carpet company has confirmed they've sent the quote through and absolutely no contact from Crawford and Co. Phoned about 8 times over the last week and half, somehow phone never gets picked up. Leave a message which will be returned as soon as I'm free" and never hear anything back. Honestly don't know how they justify their existence. I guess their customer is the insurance company they are working for

Absolutely brilliant company and would rate higher than five stars if I could.I was amazed at how proficient and professional the team at McLarens is. Their knowledge is worth their fee alone yet they handle everything for you and advise you every step of the way.
