We went in for piano shopping and the lady was very kind, friendly, helpful to us. She let us tried all the piano and explained a lot of things. Really recommended.

I have been very impressed with the knowledge, detail, and personal interest shown - to me personally as an interested customer, and also equally interested in the pianos they sell. James and Jim are both great to deal with, and I especially want to thank James for listening to me as I explained what I was looking for and steering me towards a most suitable piano. He put quite some hours into preparing this instrument I am very very happy and very pleased with the result. I cannot praise them highly enough for their work.I recommend this store to anyone in NZ who is searching for a piano.
