Commercial Bay Valet
Scary experience with a worker today, we were threatened because we entered the car park wrong and didn’t go through them first, we were sworn at and the guy called Alex threatened to beat us up. Very bad conflict resolution and I was left shaken up. This was the worst experience I have ever had here, they are usually very polite but today’s experience was sooo scary!

This is the worst place to park your car. There’s a guy named Alex who was utterly rude and insulting and kept using the F word, and an Asian lady who clearly has no clue what customer service is all about. I can’t wait to file a complaint as soon as they decide to pickup the phone. DO NOT PARK YOUR CAR HERE!!! USELESS!!!

If you have a small car, they will park it where it is hard to get out.There were three staff just waiting and talking to each other. When we asked if they could help get the car out, they were happy to help and one of them hopped in and started moving it out.However, the ladies that were there in the office - supervisor/manager perhaps? They came out to tell them not to help us and that we should be getting it out ourselves.In summary, if you decided to try the valet service for the convenience, it might not actually be too convenient in the end.
