Craig has done several jobs for me over the last 8 years, including tarsealing, laying concrete and large earthworks. He is a fantastic operator and has the ability to do things in the best interest of the client. He spots things that most contractors dont and he is able to do all sorts of jobs.

I had an appalling job done by these guys. Didn't look anything like what I was told it would, but apparently I didn't ask for the right finish or the expansion cuts. Huge cracks appeared fairly quickly and after 6 months were just covered over but a few months later it has all just crumbled away. When I asked if they would come back was just told no as it had been more than 6 months since they had been back and I had got a free path done. Although it isn't level and slopes towards the house so not great. Craig made some steps off a deck but used some old fence pailings I had as the front so they just warped, so had to get someone in to do new ones. They left a trench down the fence which was fine but just threw in a few bits of pea metal but was really just bare dirt so I had to by river stones and fix this up myself as well, it is also not straight. As for the guys who poured the concrete they not only used the neighbours hosed but also relieved themselves on the neighbours house. They also had concrete splashed up the house and over some garden ornaments. They also quoted to cut out some concrete in front of the garage as it had not been done properly by someone else but they just covered the mess there and painted it which is all coming off. The last photo is what I was sent when I asked what my drive would look like. They did get rather nasty when I said I wasn't happy although they did come back a few times as the concrete was quite discoloured and they said they did an acid wash, but you couldn't even see any change. Still pathcy now. They also covered the cracks but that was just a waste of time and it will now cost me $2500 to get someone to fix them.

Cutting concrete at neighbours place on a Sunday afternoon, didn't even bother to check wind direction and if any of us had washing out. Ignorant.I call BS on your reply. A) It was on a Sunday (breaking local by-laws) and b) the operator was dry cutting, not wet cutting. Wet cutting wouldn't have produced such a volume of dust.
