I had a problem with their dry cleaning service as I received my coat smelling very bad. I talked to the manager and was told that there was nothing she could do, blaming the solvent for the smell. The owner reached out, gave me a full refund, and offered to fix the problem. I haven't gotten my coat back yet but I appreciate the owner's gesture of addressing their client's concern and ensuring the delivery of quality service.

NEVER take your drapes here. They totally ruined $11,000.00 worth of my drapes, no apologies. The manager would not even face me or come to the phone. If you want your lovely drapes wrecked beyond repair, take them here

I paid $160 to have my dress cleaned. The dress was damaged in the machine. I was given a 10% discount and hardly an apology. Not impressed.

I always get amazing service. Quick , efficient and extremely helpful. Very impressed with the owner who has served me on a number of occasions , always going out of her way to help me and taking the time for a small chat. My items of clothing or bedding come back in a better than new state and they always do what I ask of them. Highly recommend using them
