Street Smart Property Management

Street smart property were amazing with helping me rent my house out. Chloe was so awesome I couldn’t recommend her more! She made the process simple and was really understanding and easy to communicate with throughout. If you are thinking of renting your house out definitely go through street smart property management and make sure you ask for Chloe! She was fantastic!!!!

May be good for tenants, but they don't care about other people on site, which in our case is a cross lease section and some of the others own their units (and therefore one seventh of the entire property) Their tenants leave rubbish on the lawns that they are ripping up by parking on it when there are empty paved parking spaces less than 50 paces away. They now have several families living in one unit.The property managers don't answer their phones and are only in it for the $. I am about to take legal action as I do not have quiet and peaceful enjoyment of my property.

Kim did a great job helping to get the house ready for new tenants and contacting possible tenants. We are very happy with the tenants she recommended for us.

Horrible. Really horrible. The property manager from the start has been condescending and frankly with a misplaced attitude that she owned the house and I was deplorable for simply renting it. To cut a long and sordid story short, she couldn’t back half the stuff she said, was difficult to deal with, rarely followed through, generally incompetent and the worse; blatantly lied which I would’ve thought would be far too embarrassing to do regardless of how she felt about the person they’re lying to (me) knowing they (me) know it’s a lie. To me, that’s twisted not forgetting beyond unprofessional. Like with any matter in life, to take your personal perceived shortcomings out on another person is never ok. No need mention specifically the name of the property manager but I tried to involve the owner but as expected backed his employee but I’m sure he will figure it out sooner or later. Like I said at the start, horrible.

They lie. Chloe is the worst. Really unprofessional. The company is lucky to push a 4 star rating and half of the positive ones are probably bogus. One review is already made by a staff member which I’m sure isn’t allowed. They’ll lie about it tho.

Highly recommend Jessica Knight from Street Smart Property! During our tenancy, she constantly went out of her way to help my family. Our particular rental was far in location and definitely challenging (no way due to the company or Jess) But she ALWAYS made sure to quickly address any issues and that everything was as they should be in our rental property. Her communication has always been clear, quick and always so kind. Most properties the company manages are slightly out of location for us, but we will always keep an eye out just so we could be managed by her again! Thanks so much Jess for everything!

Jess has done a great job in selecting new tenants for my difficult to rent property and what's more there have the rents have been continuous and there have been no vacant days in between tenants.Jess has also been great to communicate with throughout the process.

This is one of the worst agencies I have dealt with. Poor response from the prop manager. Washed away their hands during flood in my property, infact no support I received during this tough period. They held my bond for over 3 weeks post handing over the property till I warned them I'll go to the tribunal if further delay. God ....
