Alan has been doing the annual inspection/sweep of our Kent Wood Fire in Petone for 15 consecutive years - since it was installed in 2005. He is punctual, efficient, gives great advice & is excellent value for money. Two years ago he sourced & replaced our 'aging' chimney door. Ask him any wood-related question & I guarantee he'll have a great tip. Highly recommend.

Had our first sweep since being in our rental - Alan was very friendly and really knowledgeable. Gave great advice and recommendations for what would help our fire run more efficiently. The sweep was so quick! Great service. Will be using again.

Alan did a superb job of servicing our old log burner and cleaning the flue, plus provided some helpful tips for keeping our fireplace performing well. Friendly and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend him and his services.

Alan was extremely helpful and lovely to deal with! I had issues with my fireplace and although he wasn't able to come and clean my fireplace (it's a very old model which needs roof access to clean) he took me through how I could fix the issues I was having from over the phone, which was amazingly helpful!
