Grooming Solutions (Car Wash & Detail)

It was an unpleasant experience.. car came back with faulty switches and rear door wasn't properly cleaned. Dash and wheel was so slippery because of the silicone they put on it to make it look shiny. It was a waste of $400

Took my car in for an awesome detail" and carpet shampoo

At a glance, the detailing of the car looked great but i noticed a bit of sloppiness in the quality of the work that was done as i was driving away. The vacuuming of the boot was really sloppy. Car waxing was pretty good the wheels were good. The conditioning of the leather seats? It looked nice and shiny when you first look at the vehicle but as you pay closer attention to the vehicle, the attention to detail was lacking! The conditioning of the leather seats at the back were horrible, it looked unevenly applied, too much on one end and not enough on the other. It really looked like the vehicle was handled by inexperienced staff. When you have three men working on your vehicle, your expectation is that the attention to detail would be much better. It is difficult when you have had better car grooming service from others. The staff here were so lovely but i have to be honest and i am so sorry. The quality of the work was just below average.

For the second time we have had our cars cleaned by grooming solutions, and have been very happy with the result, our cars were really quite dirty and are now very clean, the staff are always helpful and pleasant, the price is right and the cars being finished on time. We would recommend getting your car groomed at grooming solutions. Rupinder maan, went the extra mile.

Just avoid this place at all cost. They won't wash your car and they will tell you that you need to get another service to get you car washed.They are rude and unprofessional. Go to a petrol station an have your car better washed.

Not great, paid nearly $2k for ceramic detailing, poor detailing and damaged the cars (2) would not use them
