I received the most amazing full body massage this past week. Dominique was very professional, she's great at what she does. The atmosphere is lovely, room kept very warm and nicely lit, all of these things made for a relaxing experience. Hopefully I can come back again soon!

I’ve been going to Synergy for 7 years on a regular basis and the owner has consistently been amazing the whole time. My work schedule sometimes changes and she always goes out of her way to fit me in, and always professional and with a smile. All the staff are wonderful too.

I went in for my regular appointment this week. I always feel like I am going to visit friends. The ladies are so cheerful, friendly and welcoming. They have coped with the covid levels brilliantly which must have been incredibly challenging. When I moved from Auckland 5 years ago I thought I would struggle finding a new salon I liked. I couldnt be more thrilled with Emillie and the Synergy Team!

16th AUGUST. Just had another massage from Mereanna and this.young lady just gets better thank you so much Mereanna and thanks to Synergy for having Mereanna on your team wow! Thanks again for your professionalism your amazing.90 minute massage with Mereanna and this was on of the best massages ive ever had thank you so much Mereanna for your great work. Excellent place they have a great range of products and friendly helpful staff. It's a must go place.

Great staff for sure, it's the owner that lets Synergy down, no help, no smiles, doesn't know how to welcome clients, in general a very sour person to deal with, Dominic and Tash are on to it, I've moved on now thanks Dom and Tash.

So I was thinking for a long time - should I write a review. But I do, for others you know. I am travelling around NZ and a week ago Ineeded to have my maintanence waxing( have been regularly doing it for 2+ years), and so I read the reviews and made an appimointment at another salon. They unfortunately cancelled in that day, so I just really wanted to have my waxing done and called random salons in Tauranga. This one had a free time on that day and I just took it. I have to say, that the ladies working there are super nice! But let’s talk about the waxing. So I’m not gonna discuss the technique of the waxing specialist, everybody has them different. I went for 1/2 lower leg. So during the appointment I was feeling quite odd, that I have to point out that “please wax my toes” or please do wax here as well more than once. Lets just say, I didnt say anything that I got waxed only until the knee, not the knee, not a cm higher. Ok, who cares. Also I had applied for a brazilian wax. It means everything, right? She did that as well. Great. Then I go and pay, and I see a quite a big patch of wax left on my leg, asked the lady to please take that one off, she did, okay, everyone makes mistakes. I walked out quite happy.But you know what, I was just dissapointed when I got home and looked at my legs and bikini area. There are at least three really big and visible big spots of hair still on my legs, and about the bikini- lets just say that they should look up what a brazilian wax means. So much hair left on me and such a sloppy job, to be honest. So I am writing this review only for that reason, that I, as a traveller, had problems choosing a salon, because everybody is writing reviews about massages, hair, nails, everything except waxing. Hope that next customers will have a better experience

Wasn't all that impressed. Beautiful store, lovely service. Just I paid a decent amount but was left with a decent amount of hair still on me.
