Terrible service - had to keep calling as nobody got back to me when they said they would. Didn’t appear to be any internal communication either, as they never seemed to know what I wanted done or what they were pricing. Ended up going elsewhere for a far better price and incomparable service.

We recently needed to supply a large complicated document by a deadline time frame and we tasked Copyfast to assemble the information we provided to them into a professional format and produce in book form. Due to complications we produced this to Copyfast at a later date than we intended and the Copyfast staff were fantastic. They were friendly and helpful and produced a very professional document for us in an efficient and timely manner. Subsequently we needed to supply this in an electronic version and once again the Copyfast staff assisted us to produce this in a truly professional format.
