Skin Institute Remuera

Modern facility, friendly specialists. Went for a free spot check, had to book a month in advance and sat in the waiting room for 30 minutes past my appointment time, but the appointment itself only took a few seconds.Would recommend going if you have any moles that you are concerned about! The clinic is located on Level 2 of the Eye Institute.

Go to Vanya every 6 months for a check up and treatment. ALL staff are super efficient, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. So glad to have them all look after the minor cancer threats on my skin. Love that they have parking on site (and there is a bus stop right outside the building).

I highly recommend the Skin Institute in Remuera. I have seen Diyan for my appointments and she has been incredibly kind, very professional and knowledgeable.

Have had several great experiences here for mole check and laser on a broken capillary. Just wish they had a late night option rather than only being open during business hours.

Terrible customer service, if you don’t want to be mucked around don’t bother making an appointment.

Honestly at first I was very hesitant to walk into yet again another skin doctor claiming that they can cure my rashes. On the contrary, entering the skin institute Remuera gave me hope and positivity for the future. The first steps into the skin institute you are immediately greeted with friendly and very helpful staff. They give a warm welcome and are very specific with what is going to happen next. Personally, my doctor is Dr Varnia Sinovich. She is AMAZING, she pays attention to your needs and desires and showed outstanding service to my skin rashes. Dr Varnia and her team of highly professional nurses took care and showed passion into the work the skin problem I was having. My skin showing immaculate improvement after just three days since consultation. I would definitely recommend coming to Skin Institute first !

Would give zero stars if I could.After doing my due diligence and received acceptance from the clinic, just to be then rejected because I asked for clarification on the surgical cost.The clinic staff felt challenged by this and terminated my appointment before the appointment could even take place a odd reason (clinic feels no longer comfortable to do the procedure) never mind the fact that this procedure is one that they would do on a typical day.I am now forced to start the process over again by seeking an alternative provider.Would highly recommend not going to this clinic unless you want your time wasted…If the procedure I was going in for was going to be complicated or required specialist surgery one could understand in referred elsewhere, but mine isn’t.So being rejected doesn’t make sense…

Maneka Deo is one of the best skin doctors=, I know of. I was suffering from a full body allergy rash due to waxing. And with 3 days to go for my exams, I helplessly approached her and she just turned it around in 3 days. I cant thank her enough. She is very understanding and calmly understands the issues as well. She knows her trade well.

Friendly and professional staff. I saw Dr Maneka Deo who was flexible in her approach, easy to talk to about concerns etc, and carried out the operation swiftly and without issues.
