Sent 2 hard drives from Wellington in their boxes with their cords. Got sent back just the hard drives in bubble wrap. Contacted them immediately and was ignored for over a month. I had to contact them 6 times until I finally received 2 cords that weren't mine. It was a simple issue to rectify and being ignored for that long, is incredibly rude and unprofessional.
