Hopefully the AI Forno’s owner will see this review. We had dinner at here. The manager not only cold to us but also rude to his staff. When we came in and sat down. The manager served other people with smiley face but suddenly he turned around and cold to us. He did this several times. Then I feel uncomfortable to had dinner here. Moreover, Because of our table is next to the reception, so I also noticed that he was rude to the staff. I can't believe how such a manager manages a restaurant? Hopefully this review is helpful for you to choose which restaurant you want to go.

If you're in the Northshore area and craving authentic and delicious Italian food, then you definitely have to check out this restaurant. The menu features a variety of classic Italian dishes, including wood-fired pizza, pasta, and steak. Every dish we tried was absolutely delicious and prepared to perfection. I really liked Snappers with lemon sauce ! I wish they could serve the fresh truffles though…Good size for dinner.

Good place for a date night, mostly they are quite busy so make a reservation in advance. Nice ambience but to be honest the food is not that special. The staff are kind and attentive.

Went here for a girls dinner/catch up at 6.30pm on a Saturday.I was greeted, shown to our table and told that they needed the table back by 8pm. Our waitress was lovely, being attentive enough but not overbearing.There happened to be a couple kids/toddlers so a bit of screaming occasionally but nothing major.We only got mains and a wine each. We had the special reds which were nice and easy to drink.The mains I found to be quite expensive for what the quality, approximately $27 for the cheapest pasta. The mains are decently portioned and the pizza was the best.The gnocchi was very cheesy and my friend found it a bit too rich. The spaghetti bolognese was okay but not amazing.Overall, okay Italian but nothing outstanding.Would recommend the pizza but try somewhere else for pasta.

The food was nice, Unfortunately the excitement quickly evaporated upon arrival when the host/manager said that they were fully booked for the night. We booked a day earlier and had requested seating online so this confused me, why would you mention this. Also he said we would have to leave after 90 minutes. This felt really rude and dampened the dining experience a lot.

We did a walk in to this busy restaurant and they were very accommodating. The young waitress was awesome and very helpful. The food was absolutely delicious.

Had a lovely evening at Al Forno. The food was excellent, and the atmosphere was welcoming and warming. Portion sizes were big, which was a plus, and prices were suitable. Would recommend if you're in the area craving some Italian food.
