Terrible customer service, multiple items listed in stock but not on shelves, noone to help with heavy items, no staff offer to help find items that are meant to be on shelves. Phone line doesn’t work to call ahead to check if items marked as in stock actually available. Best advice given: to use click and collect. Really disappointing retail support

Great shop. Plenty of stock. Staff friendly when making an enquiry. Prices not bad. Queue was really long. Too long. Although it did move quite fast. Really need more checkouts.

Good store location, always busy, good product range to choose from and decent prices, better quality than the Warehouse but cheaper than Farmers. Long operation hours into the night but expect a long queue at self checkout. Really good ranger of Xmas decorations to choose from and at affordable prices. See my photos.

Dona claims the back is too full of stock to get any stock out. Says to click and collect and then they will find it. Not much on shelves and showing in stock on line. Thankfully another staff member went to bat for me and was able to find the items in the back in under a minute.

Kmart at St. Lukes is a pleasant destination for purchasing toys, clothing for our children, as well as various home items.However, on multiple occasions (at least 3 times), we have encountered bullying behavior from an employee(woman) in the changing room who happens to be of Indian descent. This individual consistently treats us with hostility and disdain, and we are unsure of the underlying reasons. It is possible that she holds racist views. We discoverd that, unfortunately, our friends have also experienced bullying from the same person, even more frequently than us. Despite their efforts to address this issue with the manager (few days ago), the response from the Indian manager has been dismissive and unhelpful.As members of the vibrant Auckland community, we and our firends actively promote peace and social harmony, inviting individuals from diverse backgrounds into our homes or center to partake in special events incl. diverse cultural celebrations. Encountering such negative individuals within our community is absolutely unacceptable. While everyone can make mistakes, persistently engaging in and perpetuating such behavior, rooted in one's own culture, within a positive society is highly inappropriate.Therefore, I sincerely hope that this message captures the attention of Kmart authorities, prompting them to take appropriate action regarding the presence of racist staff members, including the manager. If requested, we can provide further details with facts.

I am giving 5 star rating for Jib the shop assistant. She has a vibrant personality with a smile and sense of humor that could I have a joke with. Personable and very professional. Jib is definately a credit to your establishment. Check out is always a disaster area. Took too long to check out.

Placed an online order for collection last night and now it is the next day at 11.30 am with no notification or response if my order is even ready. I’ve already tried calling but I get cut off.Edit: it’s currently 1.45pm and I guess they’re not going to pack my order so I just go in-store. When I was in the queue I noticed they had 5 or 6 people just waiting for their own online order, but none of the orders were even packed so these people were waiting even longer for something that should’ve been packed before hand

nice big store, easy to follow layout as well. most of the price checker machines were not working. workers at the checkout were pleasant, even while the store was very busy. checkout line was VERY long but moved quickly (we were in the line for less than 5 minutes although it was wrapped around the checkout area). the checkout machine quality was abysmal, and is the main reason for the star off. every time we scanned an item, the machine would ask for assistance from a staff member- just to do it all again on the next item! very irritating. the lady who helped us with the machine was lovely though, although she was run off of her feet with the amount of people and broken machines.

Kmart is the anchor store for this Westfield branded mall! Never in a million years would I assume Kmart being an anchor store for a mall.As an American, Kmarts are almost all shuttered in the US. I've heard that Kmart in New Zealand and Australia are considered nice, in the way that Americans see Target as nice."I'd say this target is maybe 1/2 or 1/3 of the size of a US Kmart. The main section seems to be for clothing
