We ordered 2 types of plants through our Diack’s landscaper. We were informed type 2 would take 4 months to procure, so they would wait on putting in type 1, so they could do them altogether. This got delayed repeatedly. Eventually 8 months after ordering the plants, type 2 was put in without the type 1, which had been in the shop the whole time. I queried this, they planted some a few weeks later. I was pleased that they had grown a decent amount over the prior months, but Diack’s intended to charge an extra $4000 for the larger size. This was out of our budget, so they pulled them out then eventually planted some much younger ones a whole 13 months after we originally ordered them. The communication was sorely lacking, despite my requests for updates every few weeks. The plants we got put in lost out on over a year’s worth of growth, and I was not informed when the landscaper I had been working with stopped working there.It is a shame I was limited for options in this job, as I would have gladly gone somewhere else due to being left in the lurch early on.Positives: I was originally very impressed by their knowledge and advice, as the landscaper I had knew exactly what steps we had to take at the start to get our future garden underway.

A good range of all the gardening bits and pieces that you need. Plants are healthy and well worth purchasing, service is friendly and knowledgeable. A handy location just out of town and away from the shopping centers, reasonable parking and worth a visit
