Picking up a brand new car at shop, found a 4 cm glass chip on the sunroof, offering repairment, not replacement? And told us it is not a car problem, which made fights in the family. Such a magic" service turned a happiness into a disaster."

Was packed on weekends for a test drive. Service was friendly and getting a test drive is the same process as any other dealership. Only allowed 30 mins each and that hardly give enough time to test a $55k car. Don't depend on sales person telling you about EV cars or the Atto3 as they haven't had enough training or know much about their own car yet. By the way, this is part of Andrew Simms group.
