We had a great experience with Mandy. My 14year old daughter wanted to buy an embroidery machine and Mandy patiently talked her through the pros and cons of various machines. She demonstrated what each machine could do and allowed my daughter to try. When my daughter decided which machine to buy, Mandy made sure to create a pack with everything she needed to succeed, including personalising colours of thread. Her pack also included a tutorial which gave my daughter all the information she needed. I would highly recommend Mandy for buying an embroidery machine, she really knows her stuff and is fantastic to deal with.

Big shout out to Mandy who went above and beyond to organise my Halo 100 embroidery machine from Australia. I have never done any embroidery before so there was a lot to learn and a lot of questions. Mandy's work is of such quality and exceeded my expectations. Very quick turn around if you need any design by a certain date she will send the file in time. What an absolutely pleasure it was to visit Mandy. She opened her shop for me, even though she was not usually open on the day, so that I could grab my weekend sewing supplies. The best service, with a smile!
