Needed after service for one of drawers we bought last year. Called and emailed contact centre of parts we needed. Within 48 hours, Peter made contact and arranged for replacement parts (cam nuts) to be sent out to us ASAP. He definitely did what he said he will do. Thank you Peter for your excellent service and follow through!

Am sitting in car writing this review because I'm absolutely overwhelmed by the service we were given by Shoum. We had ordered 2 single bedheads, but when we went to pick them up they were king single/single which were too big. Shoum looked up on the computer to see if there was anything else we could seethat we liked Unfortunately there wasn't anything so he cheerfully refunded the money Excellent service Shoum.truely customer service

Hi Target Wairau, Sorry hear you got hit with the floods.I just want to thank Peter for his excellent service today in repairing my recliner. He calle dme before the Xmas break to let me know he had a spare part in the van and he would pop in to fix it when I was available, True to his word we arranged from him to arrive today and he had the seat fixed in no time. An excellent job done by a great guy, a credit to target.We will definitely use target again when looking for furniture after the store and Peters service.Thanks a lotDerek Cowan

We bought a outdoor table and bar chairs last year and the chairs started rusting on few places.I took few photos and emailed to customer service and next day got a call from Peter .He discussed the issue with me and gave me few options and sorted the problem in few days,by replacing 4 brand new chairs.Very friendly and quick customer service.Much appreciated and recommended Target Furniture.We will definitely buy our furnitures from Target Furniture.Once again thanks alot Peter.

She took her time to understand our tastes and was recommending items that she thought would be best suited for our home. Wonderful service. Kinjal and Louis have helped us a lot with selecting the furniture that we needed, schedule the delivery in convenient time. Basically guided us through everything smoothly ans in friendly atmosphere. We will definitely re-visit. Highly recommended.

Our local branch didn't seem very interested in helping us place our order so we contacted the Wairau Branch. Couldn't be more impressed with service delivered by Alejandra and, subsequently, Peter who promptly replaced a damaged part for us. Very happy with Wairau Branch staff and our purchase.
