They don't what stock they have got.special called and once reached there got none ,, waste of time

The shoes I had in my mind were materialized in this store which was a relief because one rarely finds what they are looking for in the first store they visit. I also bought a few bangle sets which I was really happy with. The most notable though was the German Silver jhunkas (ya know, the cute drop dome earring style). Heavy as they were, they were of excellent quality. A male salesperson (assuming the owner, from the other reviews) of course was the one to introduce them to me and sell me on them. I took two pieces of such jewelry and I'm glad. They look SO good. Thank you for the slight price drop on one pair. It allowed me to swipe my card with some sense of having done my duty to my heritage by haggling down!The female sales attendant was the main reason for a 4 score with products at a generous 3. She was attentive and knew her stock to present me with suitable options which I gladly accepted.I'm sure, some of the other reviews are also true because we all know what it's like in the community, and so, if the customer service, customer complaints and return/refund processes can be addressed, this little indian store in Papatoetoe has the potential to be an off-the-charts-star store.

On day of purchase owner of the shop jump in the middle of our conversation with sales person and he insisted to buy the expensive jewelry anyhow we spent $400 in the shop was neither given any receipt nor explanation about changing the jewelry and the owner was so pushy and made us to buy the jewelry he said on the basis on picture of Dress we had in phone.by saying it's my everyday job I know it will workAnd when it didn't matched we decided to go back and get it changed, and this day owner was not there to sort out the issue and sales person didn't actually know how to deal with complaints and started telling the previous stories that called cops bla bla seems like she was threatening us. (And whole conversations was very polite from our side)Such a bad experience. Not recommended at all.

Lovely sales girls and who r so polite n attend u personally(unlike roop darshan n akarshan where customers r pushed to buy).This shop never forces u to buy things as they show the best thing u want n u just tell them ur budget n they help u find the best thing ur after.Lovely people and awesome staff and sunny the owner is so humble that he never treats himself like a boss of the shop but on the contrary would help u in finding wat ur after and would give u discounts aswell. Wat else does customers want guys? I would recommend this shop to everyone coz the best thing about them is they never rip u off. I told all my family n friends to go to this shop where u will never get ripped off.Indian shops of nz should learn from this awesome shop wat quality and good service is all about

Excellent customer service.. I requested for a personalized kaliras and bangles... both are gorgeous. The sales person is very sweet, he helped me alot with my bridal jewelry and shoes... highly recommended... will go back for more shopping soon.

I went to the store yesterday to look for some jewellery, and I normally buy my stuff from here. The owner was not present at the store, after waiting at counter for 10 minutes for an employee to be free, I asked to look at some pink jewellery only to be told we don't have anything other than the stuff on display"
