We recently sold my father-in-law’s home that he had loved and lived in for over forty years.. during this very stressful time we were so glad that we chose Debra from Smart Real Estate to sell the property for us. I received a call as soon as she had locked the door to give me an update on how many had been through, this was then followed up during the week with a detailed email on potential buyers’ thoughts and price expectations.I know everyone says they wouldn’t hesitate in recommending an agent to sell their most prized possession but in this case I can honestly say Debra is a consummate professional, warm and friendly, always on our side throughout this process!
