Paul was an excellent facilitator in the purchase of land. He acted on behalf of the vendor but in my view was very fair throughout the process. He provided objective information on the market and took into account the most up to date trends. The initial conditional agreement was promptly arranged and any subsequent changes were conducted without any issues. Communication was timely and well received. We were the purchaser of a property. Our offer had been accepted. However due to circumstances outside of our control the deal was pulled out from underneath us and we were 2 days away from confirming all. However what we didnt know is the Re/Max Real Estate Agency in Rolleston had advised the seller that there was better offers for them. So Vendor dropped us costing us alot of money. Full disclosure re a roof on the property was not forth coming to us at the start either and this would have saved us alot of time as well in doing our due diligence. Beware that this agency is still advising 10 working days for the LIM however they know that Selwyn District Council are not producing LIMS within 10 working days.
