I would gave 0 star if I could. They are horrible to deal with. And if you are thinking about buying from them, I would suggest you to run as fast as you can.They didn't communicate well with the sales agent, and he doesn't know anything about the progress. He also forget to send us the construction updates for 6 months. We got more details about the settlement date from our solicitor rather than the sales agent.There is no pre-settlement inspection arranged, I have to ask the sales agent a few times (and he says we can always let them know if there is any problem after settlement) to arrange that. And as I live outside of Christchurch, I asked my friend to do pre-settlement inspection.Sadly my friend only did a quick check, and didn't notice this company try to cut corners and didn't do what they suppose to do. When we arrived at the property a few days later and found out there are a few things missing from the plan. We tried to contact the company and they refused to fix it or compensate us.Ah and also, the house is done poorly. Terrible job at the paint, a few corner is not straight etc.

Absolutely horrible to deal with Darren. He never dealt with us professionally.We had right to market the property and he threw marketing sign of our real estate agents out multiple timesHe never gave us updates on development and never responded to our emails.The most pathetic and illegal thing he did was made us book flights to Christchurch and never confirmed time and date afterward for pre- settlement inspection. Each time we called him he gave us attitude. Never buy from this company specially if Darren is involved
