Booked a voucher deal, the moment we got on the phone he was bleating about some other customer wanting more than 30 panes of glass cleaned, which was (I later noticed) in the fine print - the offer was either single story or double story house - clearly he is happy to hide the real offer in the fine print - given it was already paid for he came around - bad attitude and even worse job - I could not be bothered arguing about the 30 panes, my bad for not looking but what really hacks me off is the windows he did clean are rubbish I'm sitting here looking at three of them right now and all the corners and edges are still dirty. I would not recommend this person, he is a rip off. No doubt re will write a response to this and it will be my fault somehow, given his previous bad feedback and his response, its everyone else's issue.
