Really nice shop. I took my mobile which is not very popular in NZ for screen protector and they not only helped me know what to expect giving solid advice about where to find one online but also replaced it for free when I took it to them. Also always smiling and polite - excellent customer service.

If i could give a lower rating i would. Came in to get my screen fixed which resulted in a two month wait, a replacement battery, a replacement charger port and $350 in repairs. I thought this was finally over however after 6 months of having a fixed" phone the battery began to expand and pushed the back of my phone open which was only held together by double sided tape

Absolutely excellent customer service and technical help. They fixed two phones for us and got them back into perfect working order. They communicated clearly while they had the phones, were fair and clear about pricing, and went above and beyond to make sure our phones were working and we were satisfied with the services they provided. I highly recommend.

Great service, shop was busy and I had several questions for the staff and it seemed to be no problem, very helpful and informative, didn’t try to up sell what I didn’t need, got lcd screen replaced problem fixed, bought new cover and all in around half an hour.More than impressedThanks
