He was knowledgeable about smart phones as that's what I was asking about k ew prices off hand without having to make me wait and gave me clear and concise answers to my questions. As per polite and courteous different cultures.

I just got my Iphone 6 LCD replacement done from these guys. I am happy as. Called around and these guys were the cheapest and i got my iphone back in 2 hours.

Best around by far!Amazing prices, quality repairs with only authentic parts.I have gone to him probably 20 times and never once regretted it.Could not reccomend enough.

Helpful and knowledgeable. Owner went out of his way to help retrieve data from my dead desktop computer. Very reasonable fee for the work and he is there 7 days a week which is a real bonus. Highly recommend this place for IT assistance.

REFUSED REFUND with RUDE communication after TERRIBLE screen replacement.Bought a phone advertised as being replaced with a new screen and backing for a good price and with a 30-day warranty on Trademe from the company/representative. As a student with little money this was a big purchase for me and the 30-day warranty was the selling point.Straight away after receiving the phone, the newly replaced screen way noticeably ajar, being poorly replaced (possibly why sold by individual on Trademe rather than by the company).Later there were also problems with GPSlocation and phone signal.Being well with-in the 30 day warranty period (11 days, 30th May to 10th June) I politely emailed the seller asking for a refund with return of the phone.This was met with outright rude and unprofessional replies such as are you joking?" and then a refusal of refund.There was a response of "30 days is WARRANTY not use it for 2 weeks"

Service was great, friendly guy. But the quality of repair wasn’t worth the cost 120.00 and we still have to pay 200 to have the screen fixed properly it still has glue on it like it’s been done by a teenager or something. The total cost incurred is 320.00 so we’ve wasted 120.00 getting this repair done with this business.My thoughts, if you can’t do it right the first time don’t offer to do it at all. Don’t pretend you can do it if you can’t. There was some conjecture when we asked whether you could fix it but you gave my mother reassurance that it could be done and then afterwards you said “it’s the best you can do”??? How does that help us.I wouldn’t recommend based on that.

the IT guy knows his stuff..my iphone was repaired pretty fast and got my computer working faster. definitely recommend.prices are very reasonable
