Torpedo7 Invercargill

I had an intermittent problem with my bike. The other bike-shop was completely unhelpful but Sam at Torpedo 7 was great! He did some work on it that day, since I was travelling. When I rode it later the problem was still there. When I went back he happily worked on it some more, straight away, at no charge.

Excellent service. Great staff member was extremely helpful with my purchase.

I had my AA 14 point safety check at Torpedo7 and they just fooled me. The website lists all the things they should check and service:GearsChain (includes lubrication)Brakes (includes alignment)BoltHeadsetBrake PadsDerailleurChain WearPulleys / Jockey WheelsChainrings & CassetteTyresHubsHousing & CablesSpokesStraight to the point: they did nothing on my bike. I took it one hour after EXACTLY as it was before (not even a lub was used on it). Worse: when I took it to Torpedo7 I knew in advance it had two major issues. One I imagined by the list it wouldn't be serviced - my suspension is locking itself during use; but the other is related to brakes alignment and they should have done something.To sum up, they just told me when I went back for the bike it's all good

It was ok. Was only 1 person at the checkout gas bagging on the phone by the sounds of until someone else came, so it was a little slow to pay for my goods and leave

Shocking .. I have not got my order after a month of waiting and the help I have received was absolutely dismal.The system here is broken and the staff have no idea what they are doing or have a clue where people’s orders are.There are no managers to assist with issues and after the service I received I will never shop here again.

Went into the Invercargill store wanting to view a product, and ask a few questions. The young man behind the counter sounded like a scratched record, every time I asked about sizes, colors, availability, and other information he kept telling me it is all on our website". Had no ambition to help me whatsoever. Wont be shopping at this store again."
