We struck GOLD when we found Peter and his beautiful home. A perfect place with a perfect host to get married or even just stay for a night or two. Peter made our special day even more special. Thank you very much for having us and caring about how we felt while we were there.

An absolutely beautiful Estate! Have been multiple times now to photograph weddings and everytime I'm speechless at how gorgeous the place is, can never get bored of all the details and different areas this place has to offer!And needless to say, Peter and David are just such lovely souls that you can't help but fall in love with them and their Home!

Thank you Peter for making mine and Barry's day of surprises so wonderful. Nothing was a problem, including plates for two vegans. The standard of your professionalism was second to none. I can't recommend this venue highly enough.

Really loved the look of this place and if you’re after photos to gaze at forever then this is it, there’s not many other spots in the Antipodes that look like little England.Being 1.9m tall I did have to attempt to sleep diagonally because the bed was unusually short…which meant my wife was confined to a corner:(Peter was a very good host and obviously cares deeply about his guest’s comfort but overall I would definitely rate this as a fantastic place to get married or have high tea.

This is a beautiful English estate style place to stay and be treated to a Lords and Ladies experience. You will find yourself taken back in time to when afternoon tea is served in the conservatory. Perfect place for a wedding, an afternoon tea or a garden party.....

From the beginning, you were a humble and caring host who was always there to address all our needs and made sure we were comfortable at all times. Including running out and finding us to hand us water while we explored your grounds for the first time.You spoke beautifully at our wedding as well, we could easily tell you were a deeply experienced celebrant who, again, at all times made sure we felt comfortable.Thanks again for letting us into your wonderful home (which is self-evident from photos alone).
