I have very long hair and always nervous when visiting hairdressers as in the past i have meet some scissor happy" hairdressers. Nicole sat with me and had a good chat about what I wanted. I felt relaxed and more importantly I felt I was heard. I got the most beautiful cut and colour and I left feeling like a goddess. I can not recommend this place enough. You have one very happy and loyal client."
