Excellent service from Nathan. Sent the car in to have the air conditioning looked at and they fixed it, and also discovered my warrant of fitness was long overdue. They didn't have capacity but sent it next door to get it done urgently. Really appreciate the extra mile from them.

After travelling from out of town, an unexpected issue was identified during my WOF check. I approached Nathan for assistance and he was kind enough to resolve the issue personally and on the spot. It's unusual to receive such standards of care from any business today and I'm exceedingly grateful.

I had always used a Mercedes agent before l went to Burnside Motors. They are in my neighbourhood and I went to see if they could diagnose a SRS warning light issue. I received a good honest diagnostic report and they set out some options for me. They also alerted me that my vehicle had an airbag recall. That saved me a lot of money. I’ll always use Burnside Motors from now on. Great friendly team as well.

I have been using Nathan and the boys for a number of years. Over this time I have had pretty much most things done to my vehicles and have always been very happy and very well looked after.They get to the root of even the more difficult problems quickly and efficiently and always contact regarding extra work needed or unexpected costs. I also know that when I get a WOF its a thorough check and my car is safe for myself and my family.I trust and recommend Nathan and Burnside motors to all my friends and family and go nowhere else for my vehicle needs.

Great service! good prices. Nathan and his team really went out of his way to help with my broken down vehicle. Fixed the problem fast (faulty battery) and then he noticed two tyres were down to the wire and my service was due. All completed in a day as promised.
