Not good for your mental health, overpriced, not allowed to clean, lazy landlord

A roof over your head, heating. Very cheap, on site parking for a cost. Close to supermarket and trains.Poor on-site management, some of the worst I’ve experienced. (Noise complaint was made against the on-site manager after repeated 2-4am wake ups, the response was them jumping up and down and clapping before 7 in the morning in the days after. I was the apartment below them.)Fire alarm goes off weekly, day and night. Not safe to leave food in communal fridge/pantry.But it’s all inclusive. Get a room on the top floor if you must stay here but also get a choice of room.

Looks pretty awesome except for the legally unenforceable house rules! Some landlords take the lord" part of their title way too seriously."
