Sam has provided excellent support over the last 15 years resolving issues I have created on my devices. He responds promptly to requests and has been successful on each occasion achieving a resolution in a timely manner. He has my full confidence. He provides an excellent service. Sam has been assisting us with technical problems that we have had with our computer for at least 10 years. He is very prompt to reply to our requests and remedies them in a quick and efficient way.
