The brand WuCha itself is fairly good, slightly expensive but good. This branch however did it poorly. Ordered a red bean and pudding tea, half sugar no ice, the half sugar no ice part was ok, red bean paste and pudding was of tiny amount, the milk itself was dilluted too much, it tasted like a watery sugar beverage with a bit of tea flavor, i am sure this is just a one time off experience or it only happens to this particular branch but nonetheless, the franchise should have distributed equal training and competency before opening for business.

Ordered a dirty milk tea and strawberry yogurt yesterday, the pearl and rice were hardly to Chew, the yogurt and rice was not fresh, you can't even mix the rice and strawberries with yogurt well not matter how you shake. everything we had in this branch tastes like they have been sitting there for a long time. Me and my partner didn't feel well after that.poor quality, bad experience!!

Got 3 dirty milk teas and the pearls were rock hard in the middle! Very disappointed for a $9 drink. Do better!
